FAQ — Phillip Island
How early do we need to leave for the Penguin Parade?
In summer, parade is around 8:30–9pm; we leave Melbourne at 11am. In winter, parade is around 5–5:30pm; we leave at 9am. Your final timing will be confirmed when you book.
Are penguin tickets included?
No — Penguin Parade has timed tickets that we pre-book on your behalf. We strongly recommend the Penguins Plus tier for the closer, lower-platform view (extra $25pp roughly).
Is the parade suitable for toddlers?
Yes, but it gets cold and stationary. Bring a stroller, blanket, and snacks. The Penguins Plus deck has padded seating and rangers at child-friendly heights.
Can we add the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit?
Yes — the History of Motorsport Museum and circuit go-kart track sit between Cowes and the Penguin Parade. Adds about 60 minutes; we'll restructure the day if you're fans.
