Melbourne Airport has four terminals. Each terminal has a different pickup location. Follow the step-by-step instructions for your terminal below.
Terminal 1 — Qantas Domestic

All international arrivals

Avalon Airport (AVV) — Pickup Guide
Avalon Airport is a single-terminal airport located between Melbourne and Geelong. Pickup is straightforward, but pre-booking is essential.
Single Terminal
Jetstar domestic and limited international (Bali)

Avalon is a single-terminal airport. Walk directly from the aircraft into the terminal building.

Avalon Airport has no permanent taxi rank. Taxis are not available on demand. Without a pre-booking, you could wait 15 to 30 minutes or more for a taxi to arrive. Our service guarantees a driver is at the pickup zone when your flight lands.

Can the driver meet me inside the arrivals hall?
Yes, for an additional $30 your driver can meet you inside the arrivals hall. This is popular with international visitors and families travelling with young children. Request this option when booking or mention it in the special requests field on the booking form.
Where is Terminal 4 at Melbourne Airport?
Terminal 4 is the budget domestic terminal used by Jetstar and Rex. It is a separate building located away from Terminals 1, 2, and 3. After collecting your baggage, exit and walk to the T4 Transport Hub — do not walk to the main terminal taxi rank as it is a long and inconvenient route.
